Simply enter the number on the back of the enclosed time card into your NCsoft game account profile and you can play your chosen game immediately. All our codes are sent via digital delivery

if you do not have your code within 5 minutes, log into your account to view order status

Complete - means the code has been sent, and should be in your inbox or junk folder. if it is not there, log into your account, view orders and re-send the code.

Order Under Review - a Member of staff needs to confirm some details before your order is sent, if we don't contact you quickly enough, feel free to give us a call to confirm. (during office hours)

Awaiting payment - this either means you haven't paid for the order, or your payment has gone to fraud review, you will receive and email to let you know if it has been accepted or declined. (during office hours)
PLEASE NOTE: if we decline your payment, it leaves us the same day, it is then up to your bank to re-deposit the funds into your account.
